What was your most memorable moment at TAMS?
“Not failing out. That’s it.”
What advice would you give the incoming Juniors?
“Um… to not be motivated based on comparing yourself to others.”
Who influenced you the most at TAMS?
“I guess it’s not really one person in particular. My mom definitely, best person I’ve met and she’s my best friend, my RA, also the best person I’ve ever met, and Ms. Wendy. I love them all.”
What were your happiest and saddest moments at TAMS.
“Hm… I don't know, TAMS has been rough to me, but happiest. I don’t know, I guess it’s not really just one moment that I’ve been happy, but I’ve gotten really close to my friends more this semester than last semester, so I guess making new friends and getting close to them. Again, just forming connections, because last semester I didn’t do that, so yeah. And my saddest moment was every CS exam ever, just every single one. Every single one. Yeah that brought me a lot of sadness.”
If there was one improvement you could make to TAMS, what would it be?
“I feel like there’s a lot of pressure on everyone to do certain things like be involved in research and want to be an exec or committee head, but I don’t that’s necessarily for everyone to have a successful experience at TAMS, but it’s being pushed on us so much that we should do those things, so if that mattered a little less, I like that’d be good.”
Special Question - If you were any Coca-cola flavor, what would you be?
“Coke flavor? Vanilla flavor all the way. Dairy Queen Vanilla Coke.”
