Life in the Gym

Sometimes in the hustle and bustle of classes, extracurricular activities, and socializing, it’s easy to overlook the importance of exercise (and sleep). A few committed individuals make time for it daily, though, and Erin and I decided to find out why. Two junior girls, Emma and Mikayla, work out five times a week: running, swimming, biking, and lifting weights—they like the feeling of community that comes from working out together and the relief a good workout can bring from the stress of McConnell.http://
